The material in the icicool Neckband Classic has a freezing/ melting point of 28°C (82°F). Therefore, the neckband re-freezes at any temperature below 28°C (82°F).

Absorbing the heat from your pet!
When your pet wears the icicool neckband, it touches your pet’s body at a temperature higher than 28°C (82°F), gradually dissolving the material for a fresh cool lasting up to 2 hours.
